Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent PACE in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Therapy department.

You will deliver clinic and bedside therapies, conduct FEES swallowing evaluations, and design individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. The role includes home and care facility visits, daily IDT participation, and caregiver education, with focus on compassionate care for older adults, including those with advanced dementia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist required or pending licensure within 12 months.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Speech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience required.
