Ascension is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the St. Vincent PACE program in Indianapolis, IN. This on-site role supports patients with communications, swallowing, and cognitive needs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
You will conduct FEES-based swallow assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, perform home and facility visits, and educate caregivers while advocating for older adults with advanced dementia.

Deliver clinic and bedside speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive therapies alongside the interdisciplinary care team.
Conduct swallowing evaluations (including FEES) and design tailored treatment plans to maximize safety and independence.
Perform home and care facility visits, participate in daily IDT meetings, and educate caregivers on care plans.
Advocate compassionately for older adult participants, specializing in care for individuals with advanced dementia.
