Job summary

The Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work in-person one day per week with school-aged students in the Hamburg, PA area. This role focuses on school-based speech and language therapy services to support communication and classroom participation.

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and PA Educational Certificate are required; CCC-SLP (ASHA) certification is expected.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) required.
• PA Educational/Instructional Certificate required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K–12).
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates and annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed and perform case management duties when assigned.
• Provide AAC consultation as needed.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).

Job Summary

A Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) provides school-based speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12. This role focuses on improving communication, language development, and classroom participation through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Complete required documentation, including:
• Progress notes
• IEP updates and annual reviews
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Perform case management duties when assigned
• Provide AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) consultation as needed
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable)

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification) required
• Valid Educational/Instructional Certificate (PA)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
