Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide school-based speech and language therapy to K–12 students in the Lancaster, PA area. The role is in-person, 5–10 hours per week, with collaboration across school teams and documented progress toward IEP goals.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, PA Educational Certificate, and ASHA CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification) required.
• Educational Certificate (PA) required.
• School-based or pediatric setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K–12).
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates/annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Perform case management duties when assigned.
• Provide AAC consultation as needed.
• Travel between school locations during the school day.

Snapshot: We are seeking aa Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work in-person 5-10 hours per week with school age students in the Lancaster, PA area. Experience working with medically complex children, swallowing and progression of diets is preferred. Collaboration with dietician is part of this role.

Job Summary

A Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) provides school-based speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12. This role focuses on improving communication, language development, and classroom participation through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (K–12)


• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans


• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success


• Complete required documentation, including:


• Progress notes
