Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to serve Pre-K through 8th grade in Calumet City, IL. This full-time onsite role offers a salary of $58,000–$70,000 annually, starting September 1, 2026.

You’ll provide therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals, coordinating with educators, families, and related service providers. IL licensure is required and experience with younger students is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Illinois SLP License (IDFPR).
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
  • Experience with Pre-K students preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Innovative and proactive approach to student support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to Pre-K–8th grade students.

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a close-knit school community to welcome a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year! The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, adaptable, and excited about growing alongside the school community. You’ll have the opportunity to support students across Pre-K through 8th grade, including providing services and evaluations within Pre-K classrooms.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade
