Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a mixed caseload of elementary students in a Kentucky school. The role is onsite, 3 days per week, 21 hours, with hours 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The SLP will provide direct and consultative services for K-5, participate in IEP meetings, develop goals, and coordinate with teachers and families. Licensure requirements include Illinois IDFPR and IL PEL; prior school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois IDFPR Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Passion for helping elementary students develop their communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to a mixed caseload of elementary students.
  • Support students across K-5th grade with a variety of communication needs.
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language goals.
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
