Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families in Massachusetts using evidence-based, family-centered practices. Join a collaborative team and enjoy a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options.

Responsibilities include assessments, IFSP development, home and community services, caregiver coaching, and consistent documentation.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensure standards for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Willingness to travel extensively to homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations for infants and toddlers (birth to age 3).
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group Early Intervention services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support child development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain EI documentation.
