Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to support infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families across Massachusetts. You will conduct developmental assessments, partner with families to set IFSP goals, and deliver home, community, and group EI services.

You will coach caregivers, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure thorough documentation while meeting EI standards.

Qualifications

• Required Physical Therapy degree and current licensure.
• Ability to travel across assigned service areas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with infants and toddlers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group-based EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EI standards compliance.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings and professional development.
