Job summary

The Kennedy- Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to work with infants and toddlers and their families across Massachusetts. You will conduct developmental assessments, partner with families to create IFSP goals, and deliver home, community, and group-based EI services while coaching caregivers and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OT degree and current state licensure.
• Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group-based EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards.
