Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support infants and toddlers birth to age 3 and their families across Massachusetts. You will conduct developmental assessments, partner with families to set IFSP goals, and provide home, community, and group-based EI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 300 hours working with children under age 5.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards.
