Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) seeks an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to work with infants and toddlers birth to age 3 and their families. You will deliver family-centered, evidence-based services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote developmental growth in MA communities.

Qualifications

• Must meet degree and licensure standards as defined for EI.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings when needed.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certified or able to obtain within timeframe.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and document accurately.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and professional development.
