Qualifications

• Texas SBEC certification required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Plan and collaborate with general education teachers for SDI.
• Knowledge of SDI and disability-related needs.
• Maintain accurate student records as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with general education teachers to provide SDI in inclusive classrooms.
• Implement STRIDE program Critical Components.
• Utilize behavior intervention strategies.
• Manage paraprofessionals in behavior support tasks.
• Serve a diverse student population including programs.
• Maintain professional relationships with parents and community.
• Adhere to the Code of Civility and attendance targets.
• Document IEP development, progress, and meetings per guidelines.
