Qualifications

• ARD process knowledge and IEP goal setting experience.

• Ability to write clear audit-like work papers and reports.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree and Texas teaching certificate with endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to develop IEPs through ARD for assigned students.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs.
• Plan and use strategies reflecting students' learning styles.
• Modify curricula and assist in regular classes as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and communicate programs to families.
• Manage behavior according to IEP and document progress.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain records.
• Create a conducive learning environment and ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and punctual attendance.
