Job summary

Academy District 20 seeks a SpEd Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide consultation and direct services for students with behavioral needs. The role supports social, emotional, and academic goals under district and BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disabilities PK-21 preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Reports consistently for work as scheduled.
• Assists in conducting functional behavioral assessments.
• Follows and records data for behavioral training protocols.
• Communicates with staff regarding progress under BCBA supervision.
• Assists in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Designs ABA-based behavioral supports for students.
