Job summary

Andover Public Schools is seeking a BRIDGE Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-district ABA support under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based strategies to assist students with behavioral needs.

You will collaborate with special education staff, collect and graph data, support BSPs and functional assessments, and help maintain fidelity of interventions. The position requires current RBT certification and the ability to work with diverse students.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience working with children in education or ABA.
• RBT certification and district crisis intervention training (Safety Care) completed.

Responsibilities

• Model ABA strategies for staff.
• Collect, graph, and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Support development and fidelity of BSPs and related programming.
• Assist with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) data.
• Train staff on data collection procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide direct consultation to BCBA regarding data trends and BIPs.
