Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
48 college credits or an Associate's degree, or a passing score on ParaPro or WorkKeys.
Minimum of two years experience with young children.
US work authorization by the first day of employment.
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree; teaching cert or social work license.

Responsibilities

Supports direct instruction to children individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings.
Provides assistance with instructional activities.
Prepares instructional materials.
Assists in classroom setup and cleanup.
Manages behavior using prescribed approaches.
Supervises students on field trips.
Performs other duties as requested by Head of School/Principal.
