Job summary

You will observe progress, implement IEP-driven plans, and adapt activities to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities include providing care, documenting daily activities, and assisting with health-related tasks while maintaining a safe classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Job-related experience is not required.
• Knowledge includes basic math, ability to read manuals, follow prescribed formats, and understand safety practices and child development.
• Ability to schedule activities, collate data, communicate with diverse groups, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Adapt classroom activities and materials to support all students with varying levels of ability.
• Administer first aid and daily living care when needed to support students' well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers to meet IEP goals and implement behavioral plans.
• Implement instructional and behavioral plans as designed by the IEP team.
• Maintain and organize instructional materials and student records.
