Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in West Norriton, PA is seeking a Specimen Processing Group Lead to supervise a team of 8–12 staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure workflows meet quality and deadlines.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a starting pay of $20.23+ per hour. The role includes benefits, potential annual bonus, and opportunities for career advancement within the Specimen Processing group.

Formación

• Internal candidates: minimum 1 year in SPT III/related role.
• 3 years laboratory experience in Specimen Processing preferred.
• Medical background preferred with clinical terminology knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 8–12 Specimen Technicians and coordinate schedules.
• Assist in performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead process and compliance audits and ensure shift readiness.
• Troubleshoot with technical departments and provide guidance to staff.
• Ensure proper shift paperwork, supplies, and clean-up at end of shift.
• Assist in training, cross-training, and department auditing functions.
