Qualifications

• Internal candidates must have at least one year in SPT III or a related role.
• 3 years in a laboratory environment with Specimen Processing preferred.
• Medical background preferred with clinical lab terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8–12 Specimen Technicians and monitor daily workflow.
• Coordinate schedules and assist in performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and audits.
• Troubleshoot processing issues with technical teams.
• Oversee supply inventory and shift paperwork.
