• Accession specimens in the laboratory information system (LIS/HIS).

• Work in collaboration with Medical Laboratory Scientists.
• Maintain accurate data entry and retrieval in computer systems.
• Independently troubleshoot specimen-related problems and assist with training new staff.
• Maintain laboratory and clinical equipment and support routine quality controls.
