Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, is seeking a Specimen Problem Resolution Specialist in Englewood, CO. The role involves liaising with labs, clients, and patients while resolving requests via calls, chat, and email.

You will manage specimen preparation, labeling, packaging, and storage with meticulous attention to accuracy. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of lab or specimen processing experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a lab or specimen processing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the lab, clients, and patients.
• Resolve internal & external customer requests via calls, instant messenger & email communications.
• Communicate with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
• Research complex issues across multiple databases.
• Provide customer education and information as needed.
• Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and triage specimens for analysis.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Pack and ship specimens as necessary.
• Prepare and store excess specimen samples.
