Applicants should have high school credentials and at least 6 months in a lab or specimen processing role, with preferred experience in healthcare settings and strong data entry skills.

Aufgaben

• Act a liaison between the lab, clients, and patients.
• Resolve internal & external customer requests via calls, instant messenger & email communications
• Communicates with customers in respectful and professional manner.
• Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
• Provide customer education and information as needed.
• Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare and triage specimens for analysis.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Pack and ship specimens as necessary.
• Prepare and store excess specimen samples.
