Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.
• Basic computer knowledge including email and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites while maintaining sample integrity.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and chain of custody for each sample.
• Verify requisitions and patient information; assist with ELR submissions when needed.
• Maintain documentation and participate in required compliance training.
