Ethos Laboratories is seeking a Specimen Collection Specialist to collect urine, nasal swabs, and blood specimens in physician offices, ensuring specimen integrity and accurate data entry into EMR/LIS systems. You will prepare and ship specimens to the laboratory and coordinate with clinic staff to obtain necessary patient information.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols, and the ability to work independently in remote supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Collect all urine samples and enter data in Laboratory Information System.
• Collect anterior nasal swabs for Covid-19 testing as requested.
• Obtain blood specimen collection from patients following Ethos venipuncture protocols.
• Label specimens and prepare samples for shipment to the lab.
• Maintain specimen integrity and update patient information in EMR or LIS systems.
