You will follow Ethos protocols, verify patient information, prepare specimens for shipment, and enter data into LIS/EMR with strict attention to accuracy and HIPAA compliance. This role requires professional patient interaction, the ability to work independently with remote supervision, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior specimen collection experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient specimens (urine, oral fluid) per Ethos procedures.
• Perform anterior nasal swabs for COVID-19 testing when required by clinic accounts.
• Manage specimen labeling, packaging, and transport documentation.
• Verify patient information and complete requisitions accurately in LIS/EMR.
