Qualifications

• 2 years of medical office or laboratory collection experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification or CPT eligibility preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a patient-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect urine samples and enter data in the laboratory system.
• Collect anterior nasal swabs for Covid-19 testing as needed.
• Obtain blood specimens following venipuncture protocols.
• Maintain specimen integrity and proper labeling for shipment.
• Adhere to SOPs, HIPAA, and clinic privacy requirements.
• Work independently and be available for remote supervision as needed.
• Complete computer-based trainings and competency sign-offs.
