Ethos Labs in Goshen, IN seeks a PRN Experienced Phlebotomist to support patient specimen collection in physician offices, including urine, oral fluid, Covid-19, and blood specimens. You will collect specimens, complete requisitions, and enter patient data into EMR/LIS with adherence to Ethos procedures.

Responsibilities include scheduling collections, maintaining specimen integrity, and collaborating with clinic staff to uphold Ethos standards while working independently with remote supervision

Formación

• 2 years of medical office or laboratory collection experience required.
• Phlebotomy Certificate preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Collect urine samples and enter data in Laboratory Information System.
• Collect anterior nasal swabs for Covid-19 testing when required.
• Obtain blood specimens following venipuncture protocols.
• Maintain specimen integrity and prepare samples for shipment.
• Enter patient information into EMR/LIS and complete requisitions.
