Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists of Mansfield is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Mansfield, TX. This role focuses on coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional client service for our specialty patients.

You will support front desk operations, manage calls, and assist with billing in a fast-paced veterinary setting, while upholding Thrive's commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Client service experience and 1 year in veterinary medicine preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities and ability to handle difficult situations
• Comfort with basic accounting and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Referral Coordination: primary contact for referring veterinarians
• Appointment Scheduling for referred patients
• Maintain clear communication between vets, specialists and clients
• Transfer medical records securely and promptly
• Educate clients about referral process and follow-up care
• Assist with billing coordination between clinics and insurers
• Follow up with veterinists after consultations to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor referral process to meet care standards and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians and specialists
• Provide front desk and administrative support to the clinic
