Responsibilities

• Referral coordination and primary contact for referrals.
• Schedule appointments for referred patients with specialists.
• Maintain clear, timely communication between veterinarians, specialists and clients.
• Manage medical records transfer and patient documentation.
• Educate clients about referrals and follow-up care.
• Assist with billing coordination and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed.
