Qualifications

• Estimating experience with an automated estimating system.
• Accurately assess damage on RVs and/or Commercial vehicles.
• Hands-on training in a repair facility for Specialty Vehicles.
• Strong organization, time management, and deadline adherence.
• Solid understanding of claims policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex material damage claims with minimal supervision.
• Conduct training on specialty vehicle material damage handling and appraisal.
• Serve as SME for Specialty Vehicle material damage for staff and vendors.
• Review photos to determine repairability and total loss evaluation.
• Evaluate settlements consistent with regulatory compliance and fair practices.
• Take ownership of issues impacting the policyholder or loss participant.
• Travel for field audits, site visits, and training as needed.
• Complete accurate estimates up to $300,000 with minimal supervision.
