• For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps to ensure best outcomes.
• Recognizes vehicle parts and potential property damage insights.
• Identifies customer needs and applies appropriate customer service skills to meet them.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
• Applies understanding of policies and internal relationships to the claim.
• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of auto claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with discretion.
