Qualifications

• Product knowledge and ability to compare features.
• 1–2 years retail or related experience; 6 months product-specific experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructions.
• Basic math functions; ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team; flexible and customer-focused.
• Physical demands: standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them recognize needs for products and services.
• Direct customers to merchandise; inform them about events, promotions, and offers.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy; process POS transactions.
