Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. seeks a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to represent the company to customers across a defined region.

You will drive sales objectives and grow market share by building strong physician and account relationships with clinical and market insight. The role requires travel 60-80% of the time, potential overnight stays, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area with two+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationally).
• Experience working within Urology and with pharmaceutical launches.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share.
• Establish deep relationships with customers using clinical and market expertise.
• Increase market share by closing new business in key accounts.
• Provide clinical insights and plan with available resources in a compliant manner.
• Travel throughout the territory; overnight stays may be required.
