Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to cover a defined U.S. territory. This field-based role focuses on promoting NP Thyroid and Women’s Health products to endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, and primary care providers, delivering education and value-based messaging.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, B2B sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel. A competitive base salary with incentives, and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• B2B sales experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Experience with PA or healthcare payer processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote NP Thyroid and Womens Health & Primary Care products within a defined territory.
• Call on Endocrinologists, OBGYN and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff.
• Utilize data and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Navigate prior authorizations and pharmacy pull-through processes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while complying with regulations.
