Target in Austin, TX is seeking an Executive Team Leader Specialty Sales (Assistant Manager Merchandising and Service) to lead Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics and elevate guest experience. You will drive store sales, plan merchandising and pricing, build a capable team, and deliver on sales goals through coaching and strong execution.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and business acumen, and the ability to manage schedules,

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

• Plan merchandising and pricing workload and scheduling
