Target in Nashville seeks an Executive Team Leader Specialty Sales to lead Merchandising and Service. You will drive store sales, oversee Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics, and guide a team of consultants to deliver guest-focused service.

You will schedule staff, manage merchandising workloads, mentor hourly teammates, and ensure inventory and backroom operations run smoothly. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead your team to deliver on sales goals.
• Create schedules and adjust to guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising and pricing workloads including transitions and promotions.
• Lead a team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics backrooms.
• Develop and coach hourly team members and Team Leaders.
