Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the primary customer contact, providing clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and helping them navigate the payer environment.

You will implement the marketing strategy, promote products as led by the District Manager, and build relationships with accounts to ensure access and appropriate utilization. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative requires Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales and/or clinical experience or equivalent.
• Industry-specific experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for our products and maintain brand integrity while serving patients.
