Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, sharing clinical knowledge of Amgen products and guiding them through payer navigation. The role promotes products as directed by the District Manager and aims to meet or exceed sales targets.

The position requires building strong customer relationships, delivering education programs, and maintaining product access while working across a defined Texas territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive understanding and appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to meet or exceed territory targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensure product access, and manage contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Promote Amgen products while upholding company values and standards.
