Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for our Specialty Pharmacy division. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians delivering complex, high-cost medications.

Required is a PharmD or equivalent and Michigan licensure, with at least two years in a pharmacy setting; leadership experience preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited college is required.
• Two years of relevant experience is required.
• Lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for supervision and operation of a specific area of expertise.
• Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve departmental objectives.
• Coordinates process improvement activities and assists with program development in area of accountability.
• Works with multiple medication automation systems and ensures department and personnel compliance with current regulations.
