Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant pharmacy experience at a senior/lead/supervisory level required.
• Two years of relevant CPhT experience in a hospital pharmacy preferred.

• Maintains accountability for supervision and operation of a specific area of expertise.
• Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve department objectives and coordinates process improvement.
