• Manage patient documentation, including intake forms and records.
• Enter prescription and patient data accurately into pharmacy systems.
• Identify payer types and basic processing requirements.
• Utilize prescriber, insurance, and pharmacy portals to support communication and workflow.
• Assist in resolving basic claim issues and elevate as appropriate.
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, and internal teams to support prescription processing.
• Verify and collect payment information pertaining to patients shipment.
