Shields Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager of Patient Services to lead the onsite Specialty Liaison team in Baton Rouge, LA (or Monroe, LA) with 50% travel across Louisiana and Mississippi. You will coach, develop, and drive best practices to ensure exceptional patient care and clinic performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with health system partners, and accountability for patient outcomes in a fast-paced specialty setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• 5 years in healthcare/pharmacy with patient/clinician contact.
• Active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician License required; CPhT preferred.
• Experience in outpatient/hospital/clinic settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the Specialty Liaison team to ensure high-quality patient experiences.
• Coach and develop teams and reinforce Shields culture at partner sites.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, training, and development.
• Facilitate communication among liaison teams, pharmacy and clinics.
• Meet site targets for service, growth, and patient outcomes.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives with health system partners.
