Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Manager of Patient Services for onsite roles in Baton Rouge, LA or Monroe, LA with 50% travel across LA/MS. The role supports the specialty pharmacy model and oversees a team of pharmacy liaisons in hospital clinics to ensure best practices and high patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, and collaboration with leadership to launch new clinics and optimize workflows across partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required with supervisory/management experience.
• Healthcare or pharmacy environment experience with direct patient contact preferred.
• Active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician License required; CPhT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Specialty Liaison team and manages activities to provide quality patient experiences.
• Coach and develop liaison team and instill Shields culture at health system partner sites.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance development to liaison teams.
• Ensure effective communication between liaison, Shields, pharmacy and clinic teams.
• Meet or exceed site targets for clinic service, growth, and patient satisfaction.
• Implement improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency at partners.
