Qualifications

• Dynamic drug store specialist permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to patients receiving specialty drug treatment.
• Coordinate and handle new persistent prescription orders and reorders, including confirmation and updates.
• Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the drug store database.
• Collect copay amounts, obtain approvals, and collaborate with insurance agencies, medical care suppliers, and inward groups to screen, resolve, and process orders with monetary or clinical issues.
• Work with insurance agencies, patients, and internal teams to ensure specialty drug handling is completed quickly and that monetary and clinical expectations are met before satisfaction.
