This role involves prior authorizations, financial assistance sourcing, claims processing, dispensing coordination, and serving as a liaison among patients, providers and pharmacists. On-site in Birmingham is required.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacy technician skills including processing claims and dispensing medications.
• Comfort engaging with patients, providers, and care team in-person and by phone.
• Experience navigating specialty benefits, prior authorizations and financial assistance.
• Interest in a startup environment and building workflows from the ground up.
• Proficiency in common pharmacy software systems; EMR or specialty systems preferred.
• Familiar with specialty meds (autoimmune, endocrinology, oncology) and willingness to learn.
• Creative problem solver; team player with initiative.
• Licensure as a pharmacy technician (or equivalent) and state registration preferred.
• Travel up to 10–15% to client sites.
