Job summary
House Rx, Inc. is seeking an on-site Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator in Kirkland, WA to help make specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients and their caregivers.

Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician licensure or equivalent per state requirements.
- Experience handling claims, dispensing medications and prior authorizations.
- Comfort engaging with patients, providers and care teams in person and by phone.
- Familiarity with specialty medications and benefit investigations.
- Interest in startup environments and building workflows from the ground up.
- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete prior authorizations and coordinate with clinics.
- Source financial assistance for patients.
- Process pharmacy claims and coordinate dispensing/shipping.
- Improve patient experience by answering questions and requests.
- Liaise between patient, provider and pharmacist to ensure care continuity.
- Travel to client sites 10-15% may be required.
