House Rx, Inc. is seeking an on-site Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH to help patients access specialty medications and navigate benefits.

You will partner with specialty care clinics and the House Rx team to improve the patient experience and coordination of care. The role involves prior authorizations, arranging financial assistance, processing claims, dispensing coordination, and acting as a liaison among patients, providers, and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician credentials or equivalent license as required by state.
• Experience processing claims, dispensing medications, and navigating benefits.
• Comfort communicating with patients, providers and care teams in person or by phone.
• Willingness to work in a startup environment and build workflows from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Complete prior authorizations for specialty medications.
• Source financial assistance for patients.
• Process pharmacy claims and coordinate dispensing/shipping.
• Improve patient experience by answering questions and requests.
• Serve as liaison among patient, provider and pharmacist.
• Travel to client sites 10–15% of the time.
