Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Senior required: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent combinations as noted.
• Preferred: pre-graduate sales training or proven leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Communicate clinical benefits clearly to drive appropriate product utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and promotions; conduct programs and educational activities.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, customize discussions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory planning with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain Amgen values and uphold high standards of ethics and accountability.
