Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to join the Commercial - Sales team in the United States. You will engage physicians, podiatrists, and primary care colleagues to advance Paratek products, using data and clinical knowledge to design business plans and drive territory growth.

The role requires 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, strong presentation and CRM skills, and the ability to travel to meet targets and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience, required.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical selling or medical sales experience, required.
• Experience calling on Infectious Disease, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Podiatry, Primary Care.
• Ability to present complex scientific information to HCPs.
• Experience promoting newly launched products is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage territory data.

Responsibilities

• Engage target prescribers within assigned territory.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to doctors and staff.
• Execute tactical strategies to drive territory and company sales.
• Meet Call Plan expectations while adhering to policies.
• Promote and educate physicians on product use through meetings and programs.
• Report sales activities and territory expenses on time.
• Maintain knowledge of products and complete training.
• Travel as required.
