Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical product benefits, and promote Amgen products within a defined territory. The role includes delivering branded messages, participating in educational programs, and achieving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with sales/clinical experience; or an Associate degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; alternative: Associate degree with 4 years of sales experience; or high school diploma with 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior role may require healthcare/scientific field experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Lead branded sales programs and trainings to achieve territory targets.
• Manage accounts by tailoring discussions to customer needs and ensuring product access.
• Analyze territory performance and contribute to territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales growth.
• Uphold Amgen values and maintain product brand integrity throughout the sales cycle.
